The purpose of this first post, I suppose, should be to tell you lovely people who we are and what this is going to be all about. We could've started with a review or a super witty post that made it seem like we're established bloggers but we're not.
So what are we doing here? This blog is the result of many text conversations where we discussed blogging and vlogging as alternatives and additions to our current day jobs. One of us is a bit YouTube obsessed, but vlogging is a venture we're not quite ready to embark on.
Ideally, we'd love to be travel bloggers, roaming ancient cities and indulging in exotic sights and tastes. But until that day comes, we've plenty of stories from past trips to fulfill a bit of your wanderlust.
Which brings us to who we are. We're friends who have experienced almost all of our lives in each other's presence while remaining our own and going about our own paths in life. We'll delve into ourselves later on, don't you fret!
What you can expect from us is a look into our own lives and experiences, lifestyle insights, reviews, and travel stories, mixed with food and food for thought. So get ready, because we hope you're along for the ride.
